Returns and Refund Policy

Return Window

Joe Paradise Creations accepts eligible returns within 15 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging, with any original packaging or accessories included.

How to Request a Return

Contact us through our website's Contact page before returning an item. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before shipping your item back.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after reviewing your request.

Return Method and Shipping Costs

All approved returns must be sent by mail using the return instructions provided by Joe Paradise Creations.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and paying for their return shipping label. A free return shipping label is not included in the package.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos, where applicable. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Restocking Fee

A fixed $10 USD restocking fee applies to eligible change-of-mind returns. The fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount where permitted by applicable law.

This fee does not apply where prohibited by law or where an exception is required by applicable consumer protection rules.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

For approved returns, we aim to process the refund within 5 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable $10 USD restocking fee.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Please contact us before returning an item to ask whether an exchange is available.

Non-Returnable Items

Any products excluded from returns will be clearly identified before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
